Limited One-Year Warranty Information

Although Club Glove is committed to satisfying customers with products of superior performance and quality, there is a chance a warranty claim may arise.

Acushnet Company warrants its Club Glove products for a period of one year from the date of purchase against defects in materials or workmanship. Should we determine that your Club Glove product is not in conformity with the warranty set forth herein, we will at our option, replace it with a substantially equivalent Club Glove product at no charge. The Club Glove limited warranty excludes remedy for damage or defect caused by a third party (including, without limitation, airline handling or other transit damage), improper use or abuse, normal wear and tear under normal usage and cosmetic damage. Except as expressly set forth in this paragraph, Acushnet Company makes no other warranty with respect to its Club Glove products and expressly disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability and of fitness for a particular purpose, arising by operation of law or otherwise.

To obtain the benefits of this warranty, please contact our customer service team at (800) 783-8222 Monday-Friday 9:00AM – 5:00PM EST to set up a Return Authorization. We must be notified of any defect in the product within a reasonable period after discovery (not to exceed thirty (30) days) and the defective product must be returned within the warranty period specified above. We ask that all parts of the product be returned to Club Glove Returns and that the product remain in its original factory condition. Enclose the original receipt along with a written explanation of the defect in material or workmanship. Warranty claims presented without the original sales slip will be reviewed at our sole discretion. Acushnet Company reserves the right to inspect all returned products and review all associated warranty claims to determine the extent of warranty applications. All products returned for warranty claims become the property of Acushnet Company.

The remedies set forth herein are exclusive, and the total liability of Acushnet Company hereunder. Acushnet Company will not be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or other damages arising from the use of this product or any delay in the performance of this warranty due to causes beyond the company’s control. Some states do not allow the exclusions or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above exclusion may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary from state to state.
