Patent # 5,560,479
A golf bag for storing and transporting a set of golf clubs including customized indicia affixed to the golf bag and a method for affixing such indicia. The golf bag comprising a flat, single-walled panel which is completely removable from the golf bag in order to facilitate affixing indicia onto the panel.

Patent # 6,901,979
A golf club travel bag is provided with a mechanism to restrain the movement of golf clubs contained therein. The bag is comprised of a rugged material which forms a cavity having an opening operated by a zipper. The top of the bag is supplemented with a special protective layer affixed to the interior surface. The protective layer may be a foam material operable for absorbing shock. A strap is arranged in a looping fashion symmetric about the longitudinal axis of the bag. A fastened strap applies a inward radial force onto the protective layer and further to clubs stored in the bag thereby holding the clubs from moving and causing damage to each other.

Patent # 7,018,035
Eyewear characterized as flip-up sunglasses include a combination of a spring loaded hinge and a magnetic seat. The spring loaded hinge relieves a user the task of properly placing a flip-up portion in a holding mechanism. In combination with the spring, the magnetic seat allows the flip-up lenses to be held against the spring force and provides a simple release action which may be quickly accomplished by merely breaking a magnetic contact bond. As such, the action of flipping up and flipping down a sunglasses lens or lenses becomes comfortable and simple. The glasses are particularly useful for users who frequently switch between looking into shadows and lighted areas which would otherwise require removing sunglasses and replacing them.

Patent # 7,025,237
A modular system for a golf club bag shoulder strap arrangement has been discovered and is presented here. It includes sub-elements of four primary types. A single point fastener end, a two-to-one `V` connector, a main padded strap, and a connection loop. Each of these elements couples in a special manner to appropriate cooperating sub-elements and may be easily decoupled for replacement, repair, resizing, et cetera. The coupling-decoupling function is indented to be quick, temporary, and replaceable in nature. Thus, these dual straps are provided with functionality not found in similar and competing systems.

Patent # 7,188,714
A travel bag includes two major components; specifically, a bag member and a base member. These components are formed to matingly fit together and to be permanently attached to one another via rivets. The bag member incorporates additional features including a reinforcement system of webbing with longitudinal and circumferal portions. Also, the bag includes accessory pockets, a taper and padding, zippered opening, `D`-ring, among others. The base member features include wheels, reinforcement ribbing, seamless and cornerless joints, surface relief indicia among others. In addition, the travel bag as a whole enjoys a new arrangement of all parts and systems which provides for an extremely durable and rugged device.

Patent # 7,219,902
A travel bag fabricated of flexible material such as nylon and is combined with a specialized rigid support to form combination. The support is configured to protect portions of the bag which are subject to high wear and tear during normal use. In addition, the support is formed to receive and hold wheels therein which facilitate transportation of the bag. The support is constructed of a high impact rigid material such as plastic to resist wear due to friction and impact which may accompany a bag in use. The support is specially arranged to cooperate with the flexible portion of the bag. The shape of the support tends to defend the corners of the bag against particular wear. The flexible main portion and the support portions are affixed together.

Design Patent # D511,043
The ornamental design for a travel bag base element, as shown and described.

Design Patent # D615,732
The ornamental design for a pleated pocket device, as shown and described.

Patent Pending Application #11/427047
A base support to support a bag can include a bottom, a back, and a pair of side portions each coupled to the back at curved joints. A plurality of reinforcement ribs can be configured along the bottom, back, and side portions to resist bending. The base support is formed from a single piece of material without corners and/or seams. The base support back portion, bottom portion, and side portions blend smoothly into one another and the base support is configured to accommodate at least a portion of the travel bag.

Patent Pending Application #12/348857
A luggage assembly includes a first piece of luggage and a second piece of luggage. An attachment member is affixed to the second piece of luggage. The attachment member couples the second piece of luggage to the first piece of luggage so that the first and second pieces of luggage are self-stabilized while upright and inclined, and while in motion and while stationary.

Patent Pending Application #12/408649
An apparatus and method for forming a self-stabilized luggage assembly is disclosed. In one embodiment the method includes coupling a first piece of luggage in contact with a second piece of luggage using an adjustable stabilizer configured to couple a handle on the first piece of luggage to a handle on the second piece of luggage while wheels on the bottom of the first and second pieces of luggage remain on the ground when the first and second pieces of luggage are tilted, upright, moving, and stationary. Other embodiments are described and claimed.
